Chris Tinsley Estate Agents were formed in 2001 by Chris Tinsley, a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and resident of Southport. Chris has nearly 20 years experience of valuing and selling property in Southport. He is also a member of the OEA Scheme.
The Company now employs a team of eight full and part-time Sales, Administrative and Viewing Staff. We are open 7 days a week. We produce high quality sales details in either A4 or A3 brochure format incorporating full colour photographs and floor plans. We were the first Agent to offer Virtual Tours an exciting and recent innovation.
Valuations for sale are free and are carried out by experienced local valuers. Through our links to local professional companies we can provide you with mortgage advice, financial advice and referrals to local solicitors for conveyancing quotes and legal advice.
